Simone Robinson (née Papineau) -Passed away on / August 31, 2004 - We regret to announce the death of Simone Robinson on Tuesday August 31st at the Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 68. She is survived by her husband William C., seven children, Bob husband of Eveline of Marathon, Rick husband of Louise, Ken husband of Jodi and Alain all of Kapuskasing, Nicole Robinson-Hotson wife of Chris of North Bay, Luc of Thomson, Manitoba and Michael husband of Marie-Claude of Moonbeam, three sisters, Cecile Ward wife of Fred of Moonbeam, Claudette Loiselle of Penticton and Liliane Champagne wife of Ron of Kapuskasing, four brothers, Roland Papineau husband of Rita and Roger Papineau husband of Lise all of Cochrane, Fernand Papineau husband of Yolande of Moonbeam and Etienne Papineau husband of Suzanne of Kapuskasing, as well as 18 grandchildren. A Memorial Service was held on Friday September 3rd at 3:00 p.m. at the Notre Dame des Victoires parish with Father Robert Tremblay officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Kidney Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
