Natalie Audrey COREY

FISHER, Natalie Audrey FISHER, Natalie Audrey - 77, Springhill, passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2008, in Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, Nappan. Born in Amherst, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Audrey Corey. Natalie graduated form Saint Charles Commercial School, Amherst, and began her bookkeeping career in the office of Amherst Co-operative. During her working years, she was a Personnel Officer at the Interprovincial School for the Deaf, Amherst, for 18 years, became an Insurance Agent and worked as manager for Tantramar Insurance Agency and later at Amherst Insurance Agency. She curled with the Amherst Business Women's League, was a member of Springhill Baptist Church, where she was church treasurer for a number of years. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Russell Fisher; daughter, Patricia MacGillivary, and son, Larry "Mike" MacGillivary, both of Amherst; stepchildren, Catherine (Colin) Fox of Halifax; John (Marie) Fisher of Beechwood, N.B.; and Stacie (Pablo) Fisher-Rodriguez of Toronto, Ont.; 10 grandchildren; brother, Kenneth (Gerry) Corey of Amherst; sister, Jacqueline (Robert) Carter of Nappan; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday in A.H. Brown Funeral Home, Springhill, where the funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, February 29, with Rev. Perry Hanley officiating. Burial in Hillside Cemetery, Springhill, at a later date. If so desired, donations to Springhill Baptist Church or charity of choice would be appreciated.
