SILVERTHORN, Marion - At the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound on Friday evening February 22, 2008. Marion Silverthorn (nee Long), the beloved wife of the late Irvin Silverthorn. The loving mother of Jack and his late wife Camilla, Eric and his wife Elizabeth, Eldon and his wife Betty- Jean, Elaine and her husband Brian Mundle, Brian and his wife Holly, Ivan and Wendy. Dear sister of Osborne, Albert, Arthur, Leon (Mrs. Alvin Gunn) and Kathleen (Mrs. Carl Morrison). Loving grandmother of fourteen grandchildren, John, Theresa, Erica, Jason, Steven, Elizabeth-Ann, Scot, Ryan, Craig, Erin, Kristy, Sarah, David and Andrew and great grandmother of five. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother Edgar and two sisters Violet and Cora. Friends may call at the BRECKENRIDGE- ASHCROFT FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 1:30 pm. Rev. Ralph Schmidt officiating. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery.
