Grace Ellen HALLIDAY

HALLIDAY, Grace Ellen - Peacefully went to be with the Lord while surrounded by her family in the Palliative Care Unit at Bluewater Health Sarnia on Friday February 29, 2008. Grace Halliday age 63 of Wyoming, was the beloved wife of David Halliday. Loving mother of Timothy Halliday, Melody Halliday, Karen and Randy Kuykendall, and Kathryn Halliday. Cherished Nana to Austin Kuykendall and the anticipated Elizabeth Kuykendall. Grace was an instructor for the Canadian Red Cross and Heart and Stroke Foundation for over 20 years. She has trained countless nurses, hospital staff, firemen, and members of the general public with the skills to help save lives. She was a member of and served as chair of the Red Cross Disaster Management Team, all of this earning her many certificates of thanks and recognition. She was a member of Bluewater Baptist Church for over 29 years where she played the piano and organ, and taught Sunday school. The funeral service for Mrs. Halliday will be held on Tuesday March 4, 2008 at Bluewater Baptist Church, 1256 Wellington St. Sarnia at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow in Wyoming Cemetery. Family and friends will be received on Monday March 3, 2008 at SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 1576 London Line Sarnia in the afternoon from 2 to 4 PM and evening 7 to 9 PM.
