PARKER, A. Keith. 1927 - 2008 - Peacefully at the Rosedale Hospice in Calgary on March 7, 2008 in his eighty-first year. Much loved husband of Dorothy Parker (nee Duffy), father to Jeff Parker, Janice MacIntyre, and Claudia Parker, and sister to Mary Sisson. Predeceased by his parents, Elsie and Henry Parker, brothers Ken and Bobby and sister Clare. Keith will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Janel and Jared MacIntyre, and Ben, Alec and Chloe Parker. He will also be sadly missed by his sons-in-law, Eldred MacIntyre and Peter Glass, daughter-in-law, Karen Parker and many cousins, nieces and nephews and dear friends. Keith spent his entire working life in the insurance business in Montreal. He was an avid gardener and he enjoyed many years in retirement as a flower crafter. Keith will also be remembered for his long time association with the sport of Ringuette in Quebec, for which he was recognized by the province. A private funeral and cremation will take place in Calgary and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date in Montreal.
