BASERMAN, Harold. Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, surrounded by his family, on Friday, March 14, 2008. Beloved husband of the late Gertie. Devoted father and father-in-law of Bonnie and Tony Selcer, Mark and Adele Baserman, Sabra and Roni Chai. Cherished Zaida of Jason, Shaun, Daniel, Haskell, Joshua, Sara and Arielle. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Shirley and Hymie Wener, Miriam and Sam Smith, the late Anita and the late Phil Goldman, and brother-in-law of Yetta (Judy) and Jack Pomerantz. Harold will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Special thanks to Patricia and the staff of 7NW at the Jewish General Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Monday, March 17 at 12 noon. Burial at the Young Israel of Val Royal Congregation Section, Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Duvernay.
