KOZAK, Josephine On August 16, 2007, Mrs. Josephine Kozak of Calgary, formerly of Redwater, AB, passed away at the age of 96 years. Josephine is survived by her loving three daughters, Helen (Michael) Nikiforuk of Lethbridge, Deanna Kozak of Ottawa, Phyllis Kozak of Calgary; two grandchildren, Cynthia (Larry) O'Grady of Toronto and Michele (Morry) Hunt and their children, Kristopher and Tyler Hunt, all of Lethbridge; one brother, John (Kay) Krupa of St. Albert. Predeceased by husband, John; four brothers, Mike, Joe, Steve and Dave Krupa and sister, Olga Onyschuk. Prayers Tuesday, August 21 at 8:00 p.m. at PARK MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 9709 - 111 Avenue, Edmonton with Reverend Anton Tarasenko officiating. Divine Liturgy Wednesday, August 22 at 10:00 a.m. at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church, Waugh, AB, Reverend Anton Tarasenko and Reverend Stanislav Bjeli officiating with Interment in Church Cemetery.
