Wanda BYKOWSKA

ORZECHOWSKA, Wanda (nee Bykowska) 1916-2008 Died peacefully at the Peter D. Clark Centre on March 30, 2008. Predeceased by her husbands Czeslaw Giedrojc (1941) and Frank Orzechowski (1977). Doting and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother of the Hauck, Ozimkowski and DeMorest families. Wonderful teacher, administrator, chef and volunteer (St. Vincent Hospital). An amazing woman who was strong and positive despite a very difficult life. Friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street on Thursday, April 3, 2008 from 7 to 9 p.m. A prayer service will be held in the parlour at 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday April 4, 2008 at St. Hyacinth's Roman Catholic Church, 201 LeBreton St. at 10 a.m. The family would like to express heartfelt thanks to the staff and administration of the Peter D. Clark Centre, especially those at Elm House. In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Hyacinth Mission Fund or the Peter D. Clark Centre would be appreciated.
