Vincenzo MUNNO

MUNNO, Vincenzo - was born on January 16, 1928 in Amantea, Italy and passed away peacefully on May 2, 2008 at the Welland Hospital with his family at his side. Beloved husband of Maria (Ranieri) for over fifty years. Loving father of Guy Munno (Bonnie), Rose Ionno (Philip), Rocky Munno (Melissa), Ida DeMille (Todd), and Marilyn Munno. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Jaime and Kelly Fedoni, Aubrey, Reghann, and Keenan Munno, Christina and Marie Ionno, and Vincent Munno. Dear brother of Natale (Linda), Tony (Carmen), Mary Posa (Tony), Anna Ruggerio (late Rocco), and Ida Viola (Alex). Also survived by his nieces, nephews, many friends and the family dog Molson. Vince was predeceased by his parents Gaetano and Carolina Munno, his daughter Carolina Fedoni and his granddaughter Mallory Munno. The family will receive friends at J.J. Patterson & Sons Funeral Residence 19 Young Street, Welland on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where a Vigil will be conducted at 3 p.m. Rev. Dr. Miroslaw Wilk will celebrate the Funeral Mass at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock. Rite of Committal at the family plot in Holy Cross Cemetery.
