LONGFELLOW- Betty May (nee Schulze) of Port Colborne died at Northland Pointe on Wednesday May 21, 2008 at the age of 88 years.Beloved wife of the late John F. Longfellow (2003), loving mother of Joel Longfellow of Port Colborne and Henry (Sally Ann) Longfellow of Ridgeway, dear grandmother of Amanda and Allison. Besides her husband she was predeceased by her parents Frederick and Lottie Schulze and her brother Fredrick Schulz. Born in Dunkirk, New York she has lived in this area most of her life. She was a member of St. James & St. Brendan's Anglican Church. Cremation has taken place. Mrs. Longfellow's family will receive visitors at St. James and St. Brendan's Anglican Church on Thursday May 29, 2008 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Robert Hurkmans officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to St. James and St. Brendan's Anglican Church or the Alzheimer Society.
