Lorne Edwin ADAMS

ADAMS, Lorne Edwin - Passed away on Sunday, May 25 at the age of 85. Survived by his loving wife of 58 years Frances and their daughter Lorna and son Dean. Also survived by sisters Ivy (Bill) Dodman and Vivian (Duncan) Brown. Predeceased by his parents Willard and Hazel and brother Byron. Sadly missed by his grandsons and many nieces, nephews and friends. Lorne worked for 42 years at Nabisco Foods, retiring in 1983 as supervisor. He served four years overseas with the Royal Canadian Signal Corp. and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 51. Lorne enjoyed camping, dancing on a Saturday night and was an avid horse enthusiast, once having owned riding stables with his father. Family and friends are invited to call at the Morse & Son Chapel of the MORGAN FUNERAL HOMES, 5917 Main Street on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A service will be held on Thursday morning at 10:00 o'clock at the funeral home with interment to follow in Lundy's Lane Cemetery.
