Leonard DIXON

Leonard "Len" Dixon February 22, 1944 - May 25, 2008 Peacefully at McMaster Medical Center, while surrounded by his family, on Sunday, May 25, 2008, Len Dixon of Hamilton, in his 65th year. Predeceased by his parents Ernest and Beatrice Dixon. Beloved father of Erin Kathleen and her husband Chris Borris, and Elizabeth "Beth" Anne Dixon. Loved grandfather of Twyla Borris. Dear brother of Bernard, Barbara and Rita and uncle of Karen and Gerry Christie, Rita Chartrand, Carole and Mike Kieffer, and the late Michael Zdrojewski. He will also be sadly missed by his dear family and friends in England. Len was retired from his position as I.T. Manager for the Hamilton Wentworth District School Board, serving for 35 years, where he was well respected for his dedication. According to his wishes, private cremation has taken place. Special thanks to the paramedics and the staff at St. Joseph's Emergency Department and MUMC ICU staff for their wonderful care and assistance.
