SHAW, Helen May - Peacefully, while in the arms of her loved ones at KGH Wednesday May 28th, 2008, in her 85th year, still young at heart. She will be forever missed and lovingly remembered by her sister and best friend Betty Shaw,her niece Barbara Butler and her husband Peter, great-nieces Jennifer Butler (Graham), Annie Butler (Brian), and Katherine Butler, and Bonnie and Ed Abdale, their children Amy and Christopher, and Helen's sister-in- law Marjorie Shaw (Bill). Helen has been welcomed to heaven by her parents, the late Robert M. Shaw and May Hodgins, and her cherished brother William R. Shaw. Helen will be remembered especially for her kindness and affection toward her great- great-nieces and nephews, Adrianne, Lauren, Maisey, baby Katherine Lilianne, Noah, Kassaundra and Daniel, who brought infinite joy and happiness to the last years of her life. Family and friends will be received at the GORDON F. TOMPKINS FUNERAL HOMES - Central Chapel 49 Colborne St. at Clergy, Kingston on Saturday May 31, 2008 from 2:30 until the time of the service at 3:00 p.m. Cremation will follow.
