JOHNSTON, Muriel (nee Bowie) Peacefully, at the Pontiac Reception Centre on Friday, May 16, 2008 in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Esmond Johnston. Loving mother of Robert, Fred (Sheila), John (Evelyn), Pat and Joy (David Davidson). Cherished grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Richard and Francis (Louise) Bowie. Predeceased by brothers James, Clement, Cletus, Charles, Raymond, Griffin and Keith (Kelly) and by sisters Grace Johnston and Frieda McNally. Friends may call at the Ringrose Brothers Funeral Home, Campbell's Bay, Quebec Sunday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday after 9 a.m. Funeral Monday, May 19 to St. Charles Borromeo Church, Otter Lake, Quebec for Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Interment in St. John the Evangelist Cemetery, Campbell's Bay.
