Diane Mildred GERLITZ

GERLITZ, Diane Mildred July 29, 1937 - May 13, 2008 On Tuesday, May 13, 2008, our beloved cousin, Diane Mildred Gerlitz, passed away. Born and raised in Calgary, Diane was predeceased by her parents, Conrad and Mildred (Kraft) Gerlitz and her infant sister Beverley. As a young adult, Diane lived in Santa Monica, California. She loved boating, tennis, theatre, movies and travel. In addition to Canada and the United States, she visited Mexico, the UK and Europe. Hawaii was a favorite. Diane returned to Calgary, and began a successful career with Mobil Oil Canada, where she retired as a Senior Land Administrator. Diane had a quick sense of humor and lived her life with grace and dignity. She enjoyed her extended family, especially the children. Diane will be remembered fondly by her cousins, their families and her life-long friends in the Calgary area. The family wishes to thank Dr. John Nesbitt, Dr. Ronald B. Hons, and Dr. V. Ramanna.
