McGURN, Margaret "Margo" (nee Copeland) June 15, 1943 - May 23, 2008 Peacefully, at home on Friday, May 23, 2008, following a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Pat McGurn. Loving mother of Michael (Kim) and Andrew (Brigitte). Cherished grandmother of Madeleine, Hannah, Sean, Brendan and Carson. Adored sister of Anne (Jim Carriere). Predeceased by her parents Kelvin and Pearl Copeland (nee Black) and her brother Richard Copeland. Dear sister-in-law of Marilyn (Jamie Trudeau) and Tom McGurn. She will be fondly remembered by her nephews, David, Paul and James Trudeau and Bradley Copeland. Friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, on Tuesday, May 27th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church, 1758 Alta Vista Drive, on Wednesday, May 28th at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre or to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Ottawa would be appreciated.
