HENRY, Edythe Carley At rest, after many trials bravely borne, at Granite Ridge Nursing Home, Stittsville, on Friday, May 23rd, 2008, in her 88th year. Beloved wife of Marcus George Henry. Dear and cherished mother of Lesley and John Henry. Loving grandmother of Laura Hinds (nee Wendt) (Charles Hinds), Peter and Andrew Wendt (Jill), and proud great-grandmother of Anthony, Forrester, Morganna, Teagan, Ian, and Corin Hinds. Dear sister of William Buckels (Evelyn) of Winnipeg, MB, and Wilma MacIntosh (nee Buckels) (Robert) of Ottawa, ON, and Plainfield, NJ, (predeceased). Predeceased by parents William Buckels (Sr) and Violet Montressa Buckels (nee Tarrant) of Winnipeg, MB. Her spirit, and generous, loving nature are and will be sorely missed. Funeral service will be held at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Rd, (between Baseline Rd and Bayshore Dr.), Nepean, on Thursday, May 29th, 2008 at 2 p.m. Our sincere thanks to the excellent staff of the Granite Ridge Nursing Home whose kindness and care meant so much.
