Helen VICKERY

FERNANDEZ-DAVILA, Helen "Elaine" (nee Vickery) Elaine passed away peacefully on May 26, 2008 at the Ottawa General Hospital. Greatly loved and missed by her sons Pablo (Marcela) and David (Joanne) and her daughter Anne. She leaves behind her loving grandchildren; Tammy (Steve), Jenny (Scott), Christopher, Robert, Justin (Shannon), Jason (Karie), Annthea, Katie (Ryan), Marcy (Will) and Fanny; and 8 great-grandchildren as well as her sister Mary and many nieces and nephews in Canada, England and Australia, and her extended Beach family. Elaine was predeceased by her parents, Sidney Way Vickery and Annie Laurie Beach, sister Laurie and brother Hugh. Family and friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, Ottawa on Thursday May 29, 2008 between 12:00 and 2:00 followed by a Service in the Chapel and interment at Capital Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.Published in the Ottawa Citizen on 5/27/2008
