HINES, Christopher Laidlaw "Chris" Suddenly in Hong Kong on Thursday, May 29, 2008 at the age of 43. Survived by his love Mia King. Cherished son of Roy and Judy Hines. Beloved brother of Tim (Carolyn Welch) and Pat (Chandra Gibbs). Fun-loving uncle of Cameron, Jackson and Lauren, Aben, Finn and Stella. Loved and missed by Mia's family, Roger, Valerie, Elizabeth, Holly (Don Corman), Crystal, Hannah, Clea and Devon. He will be greatly missed by his many colleagues in the International Trade Community and his wide circle of friends and relatives. A true gentleman and epicurean, Chris will also be remembered as a great storyteller, a Castle Risk aficionado, a world traveler and a loving, happy, kind-hearted, generous, intelligent and funny man who lived life to the fullest.
