TAYLOR, Forbes October 8, 1932 - November 17, 2007 It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of a beloved husband, father and grandfather following a courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving wife of fifty-two years, Bernice (nee Saretsky); sons Tim of Barrie, ON and Russ of Calgary, AB; grandchildren Darrell and Malcolm of Barrie, ON and Melissa and Christa of Calgary, AB and their mother, Marg; Tim's partner Jo-Anne and her children Sarah, Melissa and Wade. He was predeceased by his mom Nellie in 1962, dad Alexander in 2000 and brother Bill in 2004. He leaves to mourn, four sisters, one brother and four half-sisters and their mother; two aunts and an uncle of Nova Scotia. Forbes had a fulfilling life. Overall, he was a great husband, father and grandfather. He worked for thirty-seven years at General Tire in Barrie, ON. He loved to hunt and fish. If he was your friend, you had a friend for life. If so desired, memorial tributes may be made in Forbes' name to a charity of one's choice. A private family gathering will be followed by Cremation at Mountain View Memorial Gardens, Calgary, AB.
