Albino Lopes September 04, 1934 - June 01, 2008 Peacefully, at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice, surrounded by his loving family, on June 1, 2008, at the age of 73. Beloved husband of Maria Rosa (nee Nunes), for 47 years. Loving father of Elizabeth, Odette and John Laranjeiro, Suzy and Armando Monteiro, Paula, Margarida and Lino Monteiro. Cherished Avô of Claudio, Nicholas, Matthew, Alexander, Lucas, Isabella, Jardel, Olivia and Anthony. Sadly missed by many brothers, sisters, family and friends in Canada and Portugal. Special thank you to all of the staff at the Henderson Hospital Palliative Care 3A, Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice, Kathy from VON, Dr. Phillips and Dr. Berthoti, for all their care and compassion. Resting at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL, 43 Barton Street East (near James), on Tuesday from 4-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers on Tuesday at 4 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Cathedral of Christ The King, on Wednesday at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
