HOCKRIDGE, Amelia (Millie) - of Walford passed away at St. Joseph Hospital, Elliot Lake on Tuesday, May 27th, 2008 in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Clarence Hockridge (1994). Dear daughter of the late Joseph & Geraldine (nee White) Belanger. Loving mother of Karen (Mrs. Edwin Furneaux) of Walford, Ron (wife Jean) of Witaskewan, Alberta, Terry (wife Leslie) of Angus, Ontario, Janice (Mrs. Martin Geurts) of North Cobalt, Ontario, Beth (Mrs. Carl Granberg) of Spanish & the late Glen (1998). Will be sadly missed by 14 grandchildren & several great-grandchildren & step-grandchildren. Very dear sister of Kay Sibbert, Mrs. Margaret Evans, Marlene North, Russell Belanger (wife Donna), Joyce Belanger & Arthur Belanger all of Toronto, Eileen O'Brien of Nanaimo, British Columbia, John Belanger of St. Catharines & the late Beulah Fraser, Joseph Belanger, Bruce Belanger, Henry Belanger & Alberta Manduck. Friends may call at the Walford Community Hall on Sunday, June 1st from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service from the Zion United Church, Spanish on Monday, June 2, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. with the Reverend Bea Arnill officiating. Interment in the Mt. Calvary Community Cemetery, Spanish. If so desired, Memorial tributes may be made to the Zion United Church or the Walford Community Centre.
