Phyllis Hawirko (née Snaychuk) February 10, 1915 - October 18, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Evergreen Funeral Home Hawirko, Phyllis (nee Snaychuk) February 11, 1915 – October 18, 2004 On Monday, October 18, 2004 Mrs. Phyllis Hawirko of Edmonton passed away at the age of 89 years. Phyllis is survived by her loving children Virginia (Fred) Stelzer, Diana (Paul) Shepel, Elsie (Ernie) Klut and David (Dianna) Hawirko, 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her loving husband John of 55 years, grandson Wade, her 4 brothers Nick, Leo, Walter and Steve Snaychuk and her sister Stella Quinn. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, October 21, 2004 at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton. Interment to follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
