John Albert Smallwoods September 15, 1926 - October 21, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Evergreen Funeral Home SMALLWOODS, John Albert In sadness we announce the passing of our beloved father, grandfather and brother. John Albert Smallwoods passed away on October 17, 2004 at the age of 78 years. John is survived by four daughters and their families: Pamela (Phil) Mapplebeck of Ardrossan, Betty (Ray) Chaba of Sherwood Park, Sandra Smallwoods of Calgary and Bonnie (Doug) Fleming of Crossfield; 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sisters, Fran Zuborg and Bessie King; brother, Andy Smallwood, and numerous nieces and nephews. John is predeceased by is wife of 58 years, Dora; both parents; two brothers, and two half sisters. His numerous friends and all of his family will miss his wonderful smile and laughing Irish eyes. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 25, 2004 at 10:00 a.m., at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton. Interment will follow at the Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
