VAN BERGEN, Mark Joseph 1976 - 2008 Mark Van Bergen passed away suddenly on Sunday, June 29, 2008 at the age of 32 years. Mark will be missed by his wife Tara; son Jay; father Jon; sister Vanessa; as well as numerous extended family members and friends. A Memorial Celebration will be held in the Chapel at Brentview Baptist Church (3512 Charleswood Drive N.W.), on Friday, July 11, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded to the family through www.commemorativeservices.ca .
