John Olansky November 25, 1920 - October 26, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Evergreen Funeral Home Olansky, John On Tuesday, October 26, 2004 John Olansky of Edmonton, formerly of Waskatenau, passed away at the age of 83 years. He is survived by his sisters; Mary Rodych and Olga (Joe) Kruk of Edmonton, Diane Kinaken of Richmond, BC, Kay (Ray) Letawsky of Star, Helen (Reg) Walker of Port Coquitlam, BC, brother Joe (Alicemary) Olansky of High Prairie, and sister-in-law Nancy Olansky of Edmonton as well as numerous nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his parents Michael and Annie Olansky, brother Steve and brothers-in-law Onufrey Rodych, Rae Kinaken and Steve Sims, and niece Marlene Kramchynsky. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, October 29, 2004 at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton with Reverend Matthew Drury officiating. Interment to follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alberta Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
