PEETS, James Batchelor - Peacefully at the Providence Continuing Care Centre, Kingston on Monday, July 14, 2008 in his 58th year, after a long and courageous struggle with Alzheimers. Long time companion of Bill Snelling. Dear brother of John Batchelor (Lisa Muth) of Seattle. Predeceased by his parents Ruth and Ray Peets. Ever remembered by Valerie and Mark Baker and sadly missed by Cathy and Larry Shannon and Denise Boilard. Special thanks to the staff and doctors of Ward 26 at Providence for their loving care and attention. James was a well respected and loved teacher at Nicholson Catholic College and St. Theresa. Friends are invited to attend visitation at the BURKE FUNERAL HOME (613-968-6968) 150 Church St., Belleville on Thursday from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church on Friday, July 18, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in St. James Cemetery.
