Maria GOLOB

KOEHL, Maria (nee Golob) - In loving memory of Rev. Maria Koehl (nee Golob). Born November 5, 1933 in Aichberg, Austria. She died suddenly at the age of 74 on July 10th, 2008 in Oregon on her way back from Mount Shasta, California. Beloved wife of Willi Koehl, mother of Duane Rohne (wife Christine) grandmother to Amanda, Daniel and Thomas from Fort Smith, Northwest Territories. She is survived by her brother and one nephew who reside in Austria. Maria's life was one of spiritual fellowship, healing and teaching. She was an ordained Interfaith Minister with the Spiritual Science Fellowship organization in Montreal. She was also an Ordained Priest with the Order of Melchizedeck, Sanctuary of the Beloved. She had a Bachelor of Therapeutic Counselling from the Open International University for Complimentary Medicines of Columbus, Sri Lanka. Maria was an avid traveller and had made several pilgrimages to various countries in the world. She owned her business “Soul Searching Quest“ and offered workshops and counselling services to the Sudbury Community. She touched the lives of many friends and students. A memorial service will be held in her honour on Thursday, July 24th, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at Fielding Memorial Park on Fielding Road in Lively. There is no visitation prior to the service. 11169886
