LEVAC, Patricia Ann “Minnie“ (nee Swenson) - Mrs. Patricia Levac at the Ottawa Hospital - General Campus on Tuesday April 29, 2008 at the age of 42 years. Minnie was a wonderful example of courage and incredible strength until the very end. She was a true hero to her husband Ian “Chuck“. The memories of her love and dedication for her children Billy, Alexandra, and Isaiah will last forever. Minnie's beautiful smile and hearty laugh will be sorely missed by her parents Cecil and Nancy (Cook) Swenson; her in-laws Brimo and Theresa (Lapierre) Levac; her siblings Connie Buck (Frank), June Pettinella (Marcel Sabourin), Susan Efthimiou (Mike), Janette Montroy (Dalton), David Swenson (Stephanie Burke), Sheila Cullen (Perry Chiasson), her twin Patrick Swenson (Bonnie), Jerry Swenson, and Gary Swenson (Kim Blanchard); as well as her brother and sister-in-law Lee Levac (Lisa) and Sherry Hill (Darren). She was deeply loved by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Resting at the WILSON FUNERAL HOME 822 Pitt Cornwall from 2 PM Thursday May 1st. The Mass of the Resurrection with Commendation and Farewell will be celebrated in Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church on Friday May 2, 2008 at 10:30 AM. Rite of Committal to follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Cornwall.
