Beloved wife for 35 years of Richard Valade. Loving mother of Shawn (Rachel Villeneuve) and Gerry (Julie) Valade both of Cornwall. Cherished grandmother of Kayla Villeneuve, Bryden, Hayden, and Logan Valade. Dear daughter of Gerry Rivet and the late Muriel Morpaw and dear step-daughter of Dorothy Rivet. Beloved sister of Donald Lalonde of Edmonton, Sharon Webster (Jack), and Michael Rivet both of Cornwall. Dear step- sister of Sharon Delage, Linda Bissonnette and Cynthia Ladouceur (Rheal) all of Cornwall. Survived by mother-in-law Meriza Valade of Cornwall. Beloved sister-in-law of Carmen (Lionel) Beauregard of Cornwall, Denise (Yvon) Leduc of Prescott, Irene (Hubert) Cheffer and Roger (Colleen) Valade both of Cornwall. Predeceased by father-in-law Mathias Valade, step-sister Susie Boileau and step-brother Richard Cain. Resting at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482) from 2 p.m. Thursday. Funeral Friday, May 9, 2008 for Mass of Christian Burial in Ste- Thérèse-de-Lisieux Church at 11 a.m. followed by cremation. The family will be in attendance from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral on Friday.
