ELLINS, Leonard Arthur Sr. - Peacefully with his family by his side at the Brantford General Hospital on Monday July 14, 2008. Len Ellins Sr. in his 78th year. Beloved husband for 55 years of Patricia (nee Wood). Loving father of Lee and John Gillies, Len Jr. and Toni, Larry and Vera, Dave and Sandy, and Patti and Dennis Brayshaw. Loved grandfather to Brandon and Mary, Brock and Carrie, Brittany, Lenny and Stacey, Megan, Elissa, Olivia, Jocelyn and Jeff, Shane, Elizabeth, Bobbie Anne, and Dylen, and great grandfather to Kalem and Connor Richardson. Dear brother of Leslie and his wife Gwen. Len was a retired 35 year member of the Brantford Police Service and was a long time active and committed member of his community.
