MCLEOD, Kenneth Brian - It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of our cherished husband, father, grandfather and son-in-law, Kenneth Brian McLeod at his Fort Erie home on July 20, 2008. Loving husband, best friend and soul-mate to wife, Barbara. Cherished father to Adam, Victoria, Sarah and her husband David Woods, and Donna and her husband, Thomas Stefanyk. Loving and caring son-in-law to his mother-in-law, Eileen McConnell. Memories of Poppa will be lovingly remembered by his cherished grandkids, Kevin McLeod, Katya (Sweetie- Pie) McLeod, Dylan (Grasshopper) McLeod, Corbyn Woods and Tarquin the Proud (Woods) !! Also survived by his siblings. Ken will be fondly remembered by his “extended” families, “unofficial” children and grand-children, and many longtime friends. Predeceased by his beloved son Blake Alexander and his parents Wilbert and Eileen McLeod. Adam's message for Daddy is: “Play soccer with Blake and make sure grandfather is the scorekeeper.” Victoria will be listening to the thunderstorms to hear Dad and Blake getting strikes in Heaven. Funeral Mass will be conducted at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church on Thursday morning at 11:00. Interment to follow in St. Michael's Cemetery. Vigil Prayers in the Funeral Home on Wednesday afternoon at 3:30. If so desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
