BARKER, Robert (Bob) - It is with great sadness that we, the family of Bob, announce his passing at home, surrounded by the ones he so loved, on Thursday July 24th, after a most courageous battle. Beloved husband and mate to her soul of Dodie. Loving father of Oriana, Peyton and Ella Rose. Cherished son of Bill Barker and Eleanor Barnes. Brother to Gord (Karla) Barker. Beloved son in law of Mike and Mary Beth McKinley, and Brother in law of Carrie & Scott McLennan and Michael and Lesley McKinley. Bob will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews Matt & Kasey Barker, Austin, Hunter, Morgan, Cammie and Braedyn McKinley, his extended family and his many close and wonderful friends. Bob was employed with E.S. Fox Ltd. for over twenty years, where he developed long lasting friendships with co-workers and business associates alike. Hockey was his passion and he was actively involved with every aspect of it, from coaching, to playing and running the men's rec. league for many years. He was a remarkable man, leaving his mark on the lives of many. Loved and respected by all who knew him, our world won't be the same without him. Funeral Services will be conducted in the Benner Funeral Chapel on Monday morning at 11. Interment to follow in McAffee Cemetery.
