HORNICK, Vaughn Austin - a resident of Chatham. Vaughn Hornick died Sunday July 27, 2008 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus at the age of 57. Born in Chatham, Ontario, son of Gerald Guy Hornick, Dresden and the late Joan Louise (Hulme) Hornick. Beloved husband of Irene P. (Opavsky) Hornick. Dear father of Kari & Dan Vankoughnett, Rutherford and Kristy Reis & Shawn Bonner, Wallaceburg. Grandfather of Kelsey Reis, Eben Vankoughnett, Cole Vankoughnett, Owen Bonner and Rylee Bonner. Brother of Gary & Sally Hornick and family, Belle River. Friends will be received at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Friday August 1, 2008 from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. A Memorial Service will follow at 11:30 a.m. Cremation with Family Interment in Blackburn Cemetery, Dresden.
