ADAMCZYK, Greg Suddenly on Wednesday August 6, 2008 age 38 years. Dear son of John and Donna Adamczyk. Beloved partner of Sara Barrette. Loving and devoted father of Jacob and Megan. Brother of Shawn (Debbie) and Jason (Rebecca). Greg will be fondly remembered and missed by his family and many friends. Friends may visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road, at Aviation Parkway, after 1200 noon Thursday August 14th, 2008 until time of service in the Chapel at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers friends may make donations to the Adamczyk Family Trust fund at any Scotia Bank.
