Leonard John BAMFORD

BAMFORD, Leonard John “Len” - At the North Bay General Hospital on Monday August 4th, 2008 while in his 81st year. Leonard John Bamford was the beloved husband of the late Audrey Shirley Montgomery who predeceased him in 2001. The proud and loving father of William “Bill“ and his wife Scarlet and Barry and his wife Debbie, all of North Bay, Len was predeceased by his eldest son Raymond. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Jen, Bill, Chelsea and Zachary. He will be fondly remembered by his brother Douglas of Orillia. A long time dedicated employee of the ONR Len was with the railway for 28 years. He retired as a supervisor from the diesel shop in 1990. In accordance with Len's wishes no visitation or funeral service will be held. Cremation will take place with interment of ashes in the FOREST LAWN CEMETERY. If desired donations to the Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Fund will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy. 11190839
