Dear Aunt of Major Brenda Holnbeck. Will be missed by many other nieces and nephews. Arby was a life member of the Salvation Army, a member of the Temple Songsters, League of Mercy and Home League. She was a member of the visitation committee for over 50 years and served on various committees, also a Sunday School teacher. She had a beautiful alto voice and sang in various trios. Although stricken with dementia, she would often break out into hymns such as Amazing Grace and other hymns. A wonderful Christian lady with a beautiful smile, who loved everyone and was a great asset to Gordon when he served on City Council and the Peterborough City-County Disaster Fund Committee. She loved all staff at Fairhaven, called everyone dear, and they returned her love. Our heartfelt thanks to all staff at Fairhaven for their wonderful care and to Doctors Tim Kerr and Donald Spink for their special care over the years.
