Muriel Carter Muriel Carter passed away in Cleveland, Ohio at the age of 98 on July 22. Beloved daughter of the late Roy and Annie Carter and sister of the late Beatrice Prosser and Audrey Carter. Survived by many cousins. Memorial service to be held at a later date in Cleveland.
