COLLARD, John “Jack“ Wesley - At the Grey Bruce Health Services, Southampton, on Monday, August 11th, 2008, at the age of 92 years, Jack Collard of Port Elgin. Husband of the former Gladys Palmer. Father of Lois Collard of Thornhill, Pat and her husband Bruce Karcher of Gowanstown. Doris Pascoe of Etobicoke, and Fred and his wife Lynn of Saugeen Shores. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Brother of Lloyd VanWyck of Toronto. He is predeceased by her parents Wilbert and Ethel Collard, brothers Ira and Orval, and sister Katie. Friends may call at the W. KENT MILROY PORT ELGIN CHAPEL, 510 Mill St., Port Elgin from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. on Thursday, August 14th, 2008. Funeral service will be conducted in the Port Elgin Missionary Church, corner of Bricker and Green St., Port Elgin on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Gary Harvey officiating.
