SPECK, Bernice (nee. Gill) - Peacefully at home on Sunday, August 3, 2008. Dear wife of Alan Speck. Beloved mother of Sharon (Kevin Riemer), Cathy (Mike Neary) and Janet McPherson. Cherished grandmother of Noah, Shannon, Patrick and Isaiah. Will be missed by her sister-in-law Joan Gill and her many nieces and nephews. Bernice is predeceased by her sisters and brothers Elma (John Summers), Robina (Reg Rowdon), Janet (Jack Ward), Kate (“Pete“ Partington), Jimmy Gill (Dorothy), Jack Gill, Grace (Dave Weaver) and Shirley (Tom McNiven). Friends will be received at Knox Presbyterian Church (53 Church Street, St. Catharines) on Wednesday, August 6th from 10 a.m. until the time of Service at 11 a.m. Reception to follow then interment at Rockway Cemetery.
