HUGHES, Doris Irene - Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital after a courageous struggle on Sunday, August 3, 2008 in her 75th year. Predeceased by her parents Les and Helen and her brother Bob. Doris is survived by her aunts Doreen Newton (the late Ken) of Brantford, Mabel McClennan (the late Tom) of London, Coleen Titmus (Don) of Calgary, Pat Busch (the late Wayne of Devlin and numerous cousins. The family will receive friends at the “THORPE BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL“ 96 West Street on Thursday August 7 2008 from 1 until 2 pm with funeral service to follow in the chapel at 2 pm.
