JOHNSON, Colleen Erin (nee Linekar) - In loving memory of Colleen Erin Johnson (nee Linekar). The family announces with sorrow, the passing of their dear “mother“ on Wednesday, July 30th, 2008 at St. Joseph's Health Centre surrounded by her loving family and friends at the age of 80. Colleen was born and raised in Foleyet, Ontario where she raised her family. Colleen enjoyed gardening, crafts and puzzles and spending time with her loving family. She worked for many years in housekeeping in Foleyet and moved to Coniston in 1999 with her daughter and son- in-law. Beloved wife of Murray Johnson (predeceased 1979). Beloved mother of Candice Lalonde (Lorne) of Schumacker, Myles (Theresa) of Foleyet, Ruby (predeceased 2008) (Eugene of Timmins), Clyde (predeceased 1973), Sherry Lafleur (Brian predeceased 2002) of Coniston, Faith Morgan (Errol) of Sudbury, Calvin (Sandy) of Powassan, Frances Osipinko and Colleen (John) both of Foleyet and Gloria Robinson (Michael) of Rockwood. Loving mother-in- law to John Osipinko of Foleyet. Cherished grandmother of 22 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Frank and Georgina Linekar. Dear sister of Georgina Leach (Eldon Stone), Winston Linekar (Helen), Janice Dulac (Loedovis) and Faith Groulx (Alcide). Predeceased by her 13 other brothers and sisters. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Funeral Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Sudbury Saturday, August 2nd, 2008 at 10 a.m. Interment in the Civic Memorial Cemetery.
