Berthe MARTIN

ANDRE, Berthe (nee Martin) - Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at St. Joseph's Villa on Wednesday August 6, 2008. She was 91. Beloved wife of the late Louis Andre. Dear mother of Laurette Chase, Marcel Andre, and Suzanne Tyrell, all of Cornwall. Also survived her twin sister Jeanne Delorme of Cornwall, by 22 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Silvini and Marie Louise (Bergeron) Martin, sons Ernest Andre (Betty), Réo (Linda) and by daughter Yvette Dufresne and by 3 sisters Agnes Charlebois, Aurore Proulx and Yvonne Martin, and 6 brothers Sam, Fred, Joseph, Georges, John and Rolland Martin, 2 grandchildren Donald and Brenda, and 2 great grandchildren Joseph and Amanda. Friends will be received at the M. JOHN SULLIVAN FUNERAL HOME, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Friday from 2 - 4pm and 7 - 9pm and on Saturday from 9 - 9:30am. Funeral Mass Saturday August 9, 2008 at Nativity Co-Cathedral at 10am followed by cremation. Rite of Committal, Notre Dame Cemetery at a later date.
