YOUNG, Margaret Lois - (life member and last charter member of the Ladies Auxiliary Brechin-Mara Branch # 488, Royal Canadian Legion, long time member of Brechin United Church, life member of Brechin United Church Women). Passed away at Soldier's Memorial Hospital on Saturday August 2, 2008. Lois (McIntyre) Young was the beloved wife of the late Archie (Sandy) Young. Dear mother of Laurie Ann Stewart (Rob), Janice Lynn Duncan (James) and Boyd McIntyre Young (Susan). Cherished grandmother of Holly Farrell (Butch), Matthew Stewart (Arlene), Tyler and Brittany Duncan, Zachary, Jemma and Sam Young. Great-grandmother Lois to Nolan and Brianna Stewart, Tilly-Ann and Marly Farrell. Predeceased by her parents Hugh and Minnie McIntyre and her brother Jack (Helen) and infant sister Anna Isobel. The family will receive friends at the MANGAN FUNERAL HOME, Beaverton (705-426-5777) on Tuesday from 2 - 4 P.M. and 7 - 9 P.M. Funeral service will be held at Brechin United Church on Wednesday at 1 P.M. Interment South Eldon Cemetery. The family would appreciate memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Soldier's Memorial Hospital Palliative Care Unit, Brechin United Church or Branch # 488 Royal Canadian Legion, Brechin.
