OTTEWELL, Hilda Beatrice It is with great sadness for those left behind, but with great joy for Hilda, who is now in the presence of Jesus, that we announce her passing in Princeton, BC, while visiting family. Hilda will be sorely missed by her children, Norman (Nancy) Ottewell of Princeton, BC and Carol (Ken) Stromberg of Vernon, BC; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Hilda was preceded in death by her husband, Walter in June 2007, after sixty-two years of marriage. A Service celebrating Hilda's life will be held at Living Word Lutheran Church (6525 Okanagan Landing Road), Vernon, on Saturday, August 16, 2008 at 12:00 Noon with Pastor Al Pinno officiating. As an expression of sympathy, those who wish to do so may send donations in memory of Hilda to Samaritan's Purse (Box 20100, Calgary Place, Calgary, Alberta T2P 4J2), to aid the children she loved so dearly.
