Beloved wife of 68 years to Walter David Charter of Renfrew. Dear mother of Carole Charter of Ottawa, Sharon Charter of Ottawa, Gary (Ruth Newberry) of Renfrew, Brenda (John Dunnigan) of Ottawa, Elaine Charter (Richard Spearman) of Ottawa and Randy (Debbie) of Peterborough. Survived by brother Ken Owens (Vivian) of Saskatchewan. Grandmother of Rob, Melanie, Don, Pat, Sarah, James, Sean, Jennifer, Michael, Matt and Emily and their families. By request there will be no visiting. A private family memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
