Catherine T. Miller - On June 29, 2004 Kae passed away peacefully at the Grace Hospice. Her memory will be forever cherished by her daughter Brenda and her children Heather, Doug, Glenn (Paula) and Cheryl (Gabe); her great grandchildren Sean, Courtney, Jade and Cole, and extended family and friends. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at 5N Grace Hospital and a special thanks to the staff and volunteers at the Grace Hospice. Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Flowers are gratefully declined.
