Raymond PROCKNOW

Raymond Procknow, of Hanover, passed away at Hanover and District Hospital on Thursday, July 31, 2008. He was 82. Born in Brant Township, son of the late Frederick and Elizabeth (Weichman) Procknow. Raymond was employed with the Town of Hanover until retiring, and was a life member of the Hanover Legion Branch #130 and a Veteran of the Second World War. Survived by daughter Linda and husband Ken Roseborough of Hanover, grandchildren Kendra (Michael) Pollard, Amy Roseborough and Jeremy Roseborough, great-grandchildren Aydon and Mikalynn. Also survived by sister Mildred Frook of Hanover. Predeceased by his first wife Lois (Hunter) Procknow and second wife Isabelle (Struthers) Procknow, son Bradley, brother Cliff Procknow and sister Arlene Priess. A Private Memorial Service was held on Saturday, August 2, 2008 at 11 am, at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover. Rev. Barry Lang officiated. Cremation with interment in Hanover Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation were appreciated as expressions of sympathy
