BRADLEY, Mrs. Dorothy Aleda - at Welland Hospital, on Saturday August 9th 2008, Dorothy Aleda (Shantry) Bradley of Welland, in her 81st year. Beloved wife of the late Leslie G. Bradley (1982). Loving mother of David Bradley and his wife Deborah of Chandler, Arizona, Marilyn Forster and her husband Daniel of Azusa, California and Donald Bradley and his wife June of Fonthill. Also loved by her grandchildren Jason Forster of Azusa, California, Renae Bradley of St Catharines and Shawn Bradley and Shelley also of St. Catharines. Dear sister of John Gibson and wife Nancy of Georgetown, Donald Gibson and wife Helen of Selkirk, Dorothy Nuxoll of Dunnville and brother-in-law of Robert Smeaton of Hamilton. Predeceased by sisters Esther Smeaton and Ethel Skelton, daughter-in-law Judith Bradley and parents John and Florence Shantry. Dorothy was a bus driver for 23 years of which 14 years were with the Separate School Board and a volunteer for years at Fitch Street School. Friends will be received by the family from 2-4 & 7-9 pm on Tuesday August 12th and Wednesday August 13th at the JAMES L. PEDLAR FUNERAL HOME, 1292 Pelham Street, Fonthill, where the funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Thursday August 14, 2008 at 11:00 am with Pastor Peter Cuke of Faith Tabernacle Church officiating. Interment Hillside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Glad Tidings Church of God Memorial Fund.
