R. Garnett STEWART

STEWART, R. Garnett 1912 - 2008 Garnett Stewart passed away suddenly on July 31, 2008 at the age of 96 years. Garnett is lovingly remembered by his wife of sixty-seven years, Ida, daughters Sharon (Bill) Macfarlane, Diane (Tom) Hammond, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was the eldest of four children and the last to carry the Stewart name. A Memorial Service will be held at FOSTER'S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 - 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen's Park Cemetery) on Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, memorial donations may be made directly to the Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation.
